FPC Community Events email group
FPCcommunityEvents is an email group for announcements of First Parish Church related events, of interest to the wider community near Stow MA USA. For example: coffeehouses and musical performances, fall fair, apple pies & plant sales, church job opening, community forums. It is for people who are not members of the church. You will not be solicited to donate time or money to the church, though you may occasionally be notified of opportunities to participate in community activities that are aligned with our church mission of building a caring and just world (peace vigil, food pantry, hunger walk, etc.) You should not receive more than a few emails per week. We will never rent, share, or sell your email address, nor use it for advertisement for any other purposes.
Anyone may subscribe by sending an email to FPCcommunityEvents+subscribe [at] googlegroups [dot] com. This is a moderated group. Any group member may post to the group, IF it is an announcement about church related events of general interest to the community (by sending email to FPCcommunityEvents [at] googlegroups [dot] com). Other postings will be rejected. This is not a discussion list. Anyone may leave the group at any time by sending an unsubscribe email to FPCcommunityEvents+unsubscribe [at] googlegroups [dot] com.
Note to Church members: you need not subscribe, as these event announcements will also be carried on the fpcannounce email group, along with other church business.
Moderators are members of the Communications Committee of the First Parish Church and will try to be responsive to you. We answer to the Board of Trustees and the Membership of First Parish Church.
