RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REGISTRATION
Each child needs to be registered to participate in our program.. We encourage new families to fill our a visitor form and visit a few times before registering. Registration and visitor forms are available here to be printed and filled out. Additional forms can be found downstairs in Fellowship Hall on the bookshelves near the Director of Religious Education’s office. Each spring we ask families to fill out a new form for each child and return it to the Director of Religious Education to register their children and youth for the following church calendar year.

In addition, for each child in the program, we need a completed form indicating your preferences regarding the handling of any photos of the child taken in the course of RE or church activities. Only one form needs to be filled out per child, unless your preferences change. Please return the completed forms to the Director of Religious Education’s office.
