Guest Minister: Rev. Walter LeFlore Our UU principles are well framed by our first and last principles. The first focuses on the individual’s worth and dignity. The seventh speaks to the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part. What might be the impact on our collective orientation to life if the last was first and the first was last?

Rev. Walter LeFlore, ordained by FPC, is a community minister in Poughkeepsie NY., having served as the settled minster of the UU Fellowship for eight years. He is a Trustee at Large on the Board of the UU Minister’s Association.

in the Community Room

Rev. Dr. Cynthia Landrum
Halfway between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox lies Imbolc, or (Saint) Brigid's Day and Candlemas. It celebrates an end to Winter and the returning of Spring. It was also a time for weather divination, which is something we celebrate in American culture as Groundhog's Day. Join us for an evening service where we celebrate darkness as well as the returning of the light.
